• All swimmers must have all paperwork signed by a parent/guardian before he or she can participate in any physical activity. This includes tryouts.

• Physical Examinations are required yearly and must be dated after April 1st 2026 and are required for incoming all athletes to participate in 2026-2027 athletics.
